Alan Dettelbach

Mr. Stearns handles both trial and transactional matters for the firm. His practice involves real estate, corporate/business affairs, family law, trusts/estates, and employment matters. Mr. Stearns also serves as general counsel to a number of companies.

Mr. Stearns’ clients are diverse: Fortune 500 companies, shopping mall/commercial property developers, executives, professional athletes, teachers, dog groomers, and even lawyers.

Mr. Stearns proudly boasts of playing on the 1986 U.S. Collegiate National Rugby Team for the University of California at Berkeley.

When not practicing law, you’ll likely find Mr. Stearns engaging in some kind of outdoor activity with friends and family: swimming, cycling, skiing, or golf.
