Christina Kale has a Juris Doctorate from Purdue University and advanced degrees in Taxation and IT Project Management and brings over a decade of complex litigation and eDiscovery experience to Stearns & Ryan.

She has spent the majority of her legal career managing big data for large civil cases, medical malpractice class actions, and advising on state, federal, and international tax matters. She also served eight years as case manager on a 250-claimant multijurisdictional multinational probate action where she conducted financial fraud analyses, coordinated FBI asset retrieval, and managed discovery and litigation strategy across all interrelated actions.

Christina also has deep Department of Defense procurement experience from her time at The Boeing Company, where she managed contractual acquisition and execution activities on billion-dollar defense programs such as the F-15 and MQ25 Stingray, the Navy’s first semiautonomous airborne refueler. Christina was co-chair of Washington State’s Court Rule 26 Discovery Revision Subcommittee, is a prior member of that state’s Access to Justice Technology Subcommittee, and was chosen to sit on the board that designed and implemented Washington’s statewide electronic court filing system. She continues to teach eDiscovery, Complex Litigation Data Management, and Management Information Systems courses as faculty at Crestpoint University.

Christina is a master’s rowing coxswain with nine World Championships, eight European Championships and thirteen US National Championships gold medals.  She is also a recipient of the United States Air Force Eubank Award for Journalism.
