Flore Farrace is a seasoned attorney who specializes in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and international business.

A native of France, Ms. Farrace received her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, summa cum laude, from Saint Louis University, St. Louis, Missouri in 2000, and she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2004, as a graduate of the Corporate Law Program. She was listed in Los Angeles magazine “Southern California Super Lawyer,” in 2010.

Ms. Farrace previously spent most of her career at major international law firms representing Fortune 500 companies, startups, entrepreneurs, venture capital funds, private equity firms, and domestic and international clients in business transactions, as well as serving as outside general counsel to companies at all stages of growth.

Ms. Farrace helps her clients with their various corporate needs, such as company formation, capitalization and financing, shareholder arrangements, compliance issues, corporate and commercial contracts, as well as business acquisitions, divestitures and liquidations. She has also maintained a robust nonprofit law practice throughout her career, representing charitable initiatives and organizations in the greater Los Angeles community.

Ms. Farrace co-founded the French-American Chamber of Commerce – Los Angeles in 2013 and also served as a founding Board Member and its General Counsel and Secretary for several years. As part of her role within that organization, she regularly lectured and conducted business law seminars on topics relating to the formation, structuring, protection, and acquisition of U.S. companies.
