Charron Varona

Ms. Varona has experience representing employers and public entities in all stages of litigation from case inception to its ultimate resolution. She has defended employers against claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Her clients have ranged from cities and school districts to a diverse array of industries, including travel, logistics, and hospitality.

Ms. Varona previously spent of her career at a global law firm where she focused on litigating complex commercial disputes and employment matters. She also served as in-house corporate counsel for Kia America, Inc. as a seconded attorney where she gained experience in drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, as well as providing legal counsel and guidance to the company on business decisions.
